Before you start
Do I have to disclose it’s an AI character?+
Yes. Since July 2026 TikTok requires ads with AI-generated content to be labeled, and Meta detects it too. Every asset is ready to meet those rules.
Can it be based on a real person?+
Yes, with their written consent. The plush figure on this site, for example, is me, recreated with AI from a photo.
Who owns the character?+
Once paid, the character and the assets are for your brand’s exclusive use, subject to the terms of the AI tools involved.
